First of I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who took the time to fill out my survey - I really appreciate your input!

One thing that occurred to me today is how much I was enjoying reading your answers to the questions in my survey - because it made me feel like I was really getting to know you better!

I LOVE creating video content, but it is such a lovely feeling to get feedback; to hear directly from humans; and have real interaction too...so, thank you.🖤

Meaningful Creations

This week I wanted to share a project that I 🖤LOOOOOVE🖤, and think is SO important. Glorious Broads is a website and instagram account that focuses on the wit, wisdom and joy of women...especially 'older' women. AND WE NEED MORE OF THIS!!

Society - and in particular media - sometimes makes us feel like life after 40 is essentially just the part where you get ready to die. It's hard to explain until you get there and start to experience it....trust me.😬

This is especially true for women. The pressure to stay youthful, and expectations to present and behave a certain way are omnipresent, and can be really disempowering.

Glorious Broads are the antidote to that. They celebrate the diverse, divine, feminine power and energy I think we so desperately need to see more of in this world. Their mission statement begins with:

"Glorious Broads is taking on the patriarchy, ageism, racism - and finding a lipstick that will fucking SLAY."

Now that's a mission I can get behind.😁
